Common questions

I can’t log in.

Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen to reset your password. If your account was created by the practice, check your email for your invitation. Still stuck? Email us.

I don’t see my appointment.

Pull down to refresh the Appointments screen. Appointments appear once the practice schedules them. If something looks wrong, message your care team from the Messages tab.

My video session won’t connect.

Make sure the app has Camera and Microphone permissions (Android: Settings → Apps → MentalSpace → Permissions). Check your internet connection, then reopen the appointment and tap “Join Video Session” again.

How do I delete my account?

Profile → Security → Delete Account. Your portal access is deactivated immediately. Clinical records are retained as required by law — see our app privacy policy.
